Delivery and Returns

Post & Package
UK mainland orders are charged at £4.99 except where indicated. 

Delivery Time
Stock items will be despatched the same day (if the order is received by 2.00pm) by first or second class post depending on the weight of the parcel. Larger items will be despatched by APC 24 hour courier. 

For out of stock items we will always try our best to deliver within 10 to 14 days subject to supplier stocks. We will always let you know if an item is out of stock.                                                                                                                         

NB: If your order is required by a specific date, please let us know so we can ensure it is with you in time.

For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us on sales@thymetocook.co.uk and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.

Damaged Goods
All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premises, but in the unlikely event that your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us to discuss returning the item and sending you a replacement.

Returns
We hope you are completely happy with your order,  but if the item does not exactly meet your requirements we offer a 10 day money back guarantee. Please see our terms and conditions for further details (found at the bottom on the home page)
