Post & Package
UK mainland orders are charged at £4.99 except where indicated. 

Delivery Time
Stock items will be despatched the same day (if the order is received by 2.00pm) by first or second class post depending on the weight of the parcel. Larger items will be sent by Parcelforce 48 hour.

For out of stock items we will always try our best to deliver within 10 to 14 days subject to supplier stocks. We will always let you know if an item is out of stock.    

NB: If your order is required by a specific date, please let us know so we can ensure it is with you in time.

For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us on 01782 711995 and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.

Damaged Goods
All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premises, but in the unlikely event that your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us to discuss returning the item and sending you a replacement.

Returns
We hope you are completely happy with your order,  but if the item does not exactly meet your requirements we offer a 10 day money back guarantee.  A full refund including any postage paid for the order being despatched to you will be given as long as the order is unused, in it's original package and of saleable condition.  The postage to return to us will not be refunded.  If you are unsure in anyway please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payments
We use a fully encrypted credit/debit card service and all payments should be made by this method.

Data Protection
We do not require any more details from you than those needed to fulfill your order, we do not retain your credit card number after payment has cleared.

Pricing
All prices on the site are in Sterling and include VAT. If the price of a Thyme to Cook item is shown incorrectly owing to a technical or other error we reserve the right to cancel any order for that item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
